Do I need a home survey first?
Not for most homes. The quote tool asks the questions a surveyor would. If something needs checking, it asks for your details and we come back to you with a personal price.
What if my answers are wrong?
No problem. We check everything when we call to confirm. If something changes the price, we tell you and agree it before any work starts. You can also choose “I do not know” for some questions.
Which areas do you cover?
South London and south-east London, including Southwark, Lambeth, Lewisham and Greenwich, plus Bromley, Bexley and north-west Kent. Enter your postcode in the quote tool.
How do I pay?
By card on Stripe’s secure page. Pay a £500 deposit or the full price. Any balance is due before installation.
Is there a discount code?
Yes. Our go-now deal code GOBOILER100 takes £100 off when your boiler is booked online and fitted on or before 31 December 2026. Type it in on the order summary before you pay.
What warranty comes with the boiler?
Our 12-month warranty covers the installation work. The manufacturer’s warranty depends on the model, up to 10 years on selected Vaillant and Worcester Bosch boilers, and needs the boiler to be serviced every year.
Who services the boiler afterwards?
Your first annual service with Southwark Heating is half price (£45 instead of £90). See Southwark Heating boiler servicing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Our terms explain how, including what happens if equipment has already been ordered for your installation. Your legal rights are not affected.
Do you fit oil, LPG or electric boilers?
The quote tool only prices mains gas boilers. For anything else, send us a message and we will help if we can.
